my kind of day

I LOVE THIS WEATHER!  It is cold, gloomy, and if I'm lucky a bit rainy here in Echo Park, Los Angeles.  I want winter after an abundant summer.

I can finally break out the parka!  My old roommate used to have the most flattering parka and when we moved out I was so sad to have to give up the opportunity to borrow it.  One day I saw this one at Target and its a pretty good copy (hers was H&M).  I like that it has a shape and still is a bit flattering.

 

Even better with an infinity scarf :)
